Cancellation Before Scheduled Session

If you need to cancel a scheduled financial consultation, the following terms apply:

  • More than 48 hours notice: Full refund or option to reschedule
  • 24-48 hours notice: 75% refund or option to reschedule
  • Less than 24 hours notice: 50% refund or option to reschedule
  • No-show without notice: No refund

Dissatisfaction with Consultation Services

If you are not satisfied with a consultation service you have received, please contact us within 7 days of the service delivery. We will work with you to address your concerns in one of the following ways:

  • Offer a complementary follow-up session to address any outstanding questions or concerns
  • Provide a partial refund based on the specific circumstances
  • Offer a full refund in cases where our services clearly did not meet reasonable professional standards

Digital Products and Courses

Cooling-Off Period

For digital products and online courses, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within this period, provided that:

  • You have not downloaded more than 25% of the digital materials
  • You have not completed more than 25% of the course content
  • You can provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction with the product

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using our digital products or courses, we will first attempt to resolve these issues. If we cannot resolve the technical problems within a reasonable timeframe, we will issue a full refund.

Subscription Services

Cancellation of Subscription

Virtual Workshops

  • Cancellation more than 7 days before the event: Full refund
  • Cancellation 3-7 days before the event: 75% refund
  • Cancellation less than 3 days before the event: 50% refund
  • No-show: No refund

In-Person Workshops

  • Cancellation more than 14 days before the event: Full refund
  • Cancellation 7-14 days before the event: 75% refund
  • Cancellation 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 3 days before the event: No refund

Workshop Cancellation by ValoraGerly

If ValoraGerly cancels a workshop or event, you will be offered the following options:

  • Full refund of the registration fee
  • Transfer of registration to another workshop date
  • Credit toward other ValoraGerly services or products

How to Request a Refund
